At Ovion, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to make it right.

Our Guarantee
We offer a 90-day return policy. You have 90 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition and packaging. Because this is a personal-care product used against the skin, we can only accept returns of items that are unused, or covered under our satisfaction guarantee below.

We stand behind our product. Try it for a full 90 days — if it doesn't work for you, contact us within 90 days of delivery and we'll help you start a return for a refund. No hoops, no hassle.

How to Start a Return
Email us at info@theovion.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions. Please don't send items back before contacting us — returns sent without prior authorization can't be processed.

Return Shipping
[Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. / We provide a prepaid return label for all approved returns.]

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [5–10] business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges
Need a different item? The fastest way is to return your original order for a refund and place a new order once your return is approved.

Non-Returnable Items
Sale or clearance items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
