Thank you for shopping with Ovion. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Times
Once processed, orders are delivered within 7–14 business days, depending on your location. Total time from order to delivery is typically 9–17 business days.

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us at info@theovion.com.

While we do everything we can to get your order to you on time, occasional delays can happen due to high demand, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out and we'll be glad to help.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Contact us as soon as possible if you spot an error, and we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
